Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Robot, DESTROY! LLC ("Robot, DESTROY!", "we", "us") governing your use of IronWatch and the IronWatch monitoring suite. The "Agreement" consists of these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and the Product-Specific Terms for each suite product you use (CronPilot, WatchTower, PingWatch, and FlipSign), each of which is incorporated into the Agreement by reference. By creating an account or using any IronWatch product, you agree to the Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If a Product-Specific Term conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern, except that the Product-Specific Term controls for its own subject matter (that product's service).

2. The Service

IronWatch (the "Service") is the central account and billing hub for the IronWatch monitoring suite — WatchTower, CronPilot, PingWatch, and FlipSign. One IronWatch account signs you in to every suite product and consolidates billing into a single subscription. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time; where a change materially reduces functionality you pay for, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to the Agreement, and "you" refers to that organization.

4. Accounts and security

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address or with a supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account, for keeping your API keys and signing secrets confidential, and for all activity under your IronWatch account. You must provide a valid email address. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Notify us promptly at hello@ironwatch.dev if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You may only monitor, schedule requests against, send messages to, or publish status for systems and endpoints that you own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to use. You are solely responsible for the legality of the targets you configure and for the consequences of any request the Service makes on your behalf. You must not:

  • Use the Service to disrupt, overload, degrade, or impair any system, network, or endpoint — including denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, reflection, amplification, flooding, or unauthorized load or stress testing
  • Direct the Service at systems you do not own or lack written authorization to contact, or use it to probe, scan, or access any system in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or any comparable law
  • Configure requests to private, internal, loopback, link-local, or cloud-metadata addresses in order to reach systems not exposed to the public internet
  • Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or facilitate credential stuffing, scraping in violation of a target's terms, or other unlawful activity
  • Resell, sublicense, or share API access, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or tier restrictions

We may set and change rate limits, quotas, and concurrency caps; may block specific destination hosts or address ranges; and may investigate suspected abuse and disclose information to law enforcement where legally required. Material breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination across the entire suite, with or without notice.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the configurations, URLs, request payloads, headers, status-page content, and other material you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, to dispatch the requests you schedule, run the checks you define, and publish the status pages you create. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of Your Content and of the endpoints you configure.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

Each suite product is priced independently. The hub combines every product you turn on into a single monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. Subscribing to multiple products may qualify for a suite bundle discount, which is applied automatically. Adding a product mid-cycle is prorated; removing a product issues a prorated credit against your next invoice.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged each period, until you cancel. You authorize this recurring charge when you subscribe. We will give advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings in the dashboard, with no additional steps. Access to a cancelled product continues through the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the free tier or is disabled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

8. Free tier

Free-tier access is subject to each product's daily and monthly quotas and may change or be discontinued. Free tiers are provided "as is" and may have reduced availability or features relative to paid tiers.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Robot, DESTROY! LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with the Agreement. You receive no other rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

10. Third-party processors

The Service relies on a small set of subprocessors to operate, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and scheduled dispatch). They process your data only as needed to deliver the Service. The current list and details are in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services you choose to integrate with.

11. Availability and reliance

We strive for high availability across the suite but do not guarantee any particular level of uptime, and we do not offer a service-level agreement unless one is stated in writing for your plan. The Service is a supplementary monitoring and notification aid. Alerts, checks, and message deliveries may be delayed, duplicated, undelivered, or fail entirely due to factors inside or outside our control — including network conditions, third-party providers, your own endpoints, maintenance, or outages.

You must not rely on the Service as your sole or primary safeguard for critical systems, and the Service is not intended for emergency, life-safety, or other high-risk use. You are responsible for maintaining independent monitoring, redundancy, and business-continuity measures appropriate to the criticality of your systems.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOT, DESTROY! LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE — INCLUDING MISSED, DELAYED, DUPLICATE, INACCURATE, OR UNDELIVERED CHECKS, ALERTS, OR MESSAGES, MISSED SCHEDULES, INACCURATE STATUS PAGES, OR DOWNTIME — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robot, DESTROY! LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, the endpoints you configure, the requests the Service makes at your direction, or your breach of the Agreement.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach the Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the Service or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 17) survive.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising from or related to the Agreement, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. General

The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Robot, DESTROY! LLC regarding the Service and supersedes prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the Agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
